We know life can get busy. If you need to place your project on hold please let your designer know in your project chat or you can email our design team at designservices@decorist.com.
When you are ready to start your project back up again, simply respond back to your project chat. Please note that if there is a long waiting period your designer may not be available to continue with your project. If this happens to be the case, we will work with you to find a new designer that you love just as much!
