You will not be charged for any standard shipping costs when you place your orders through Decorist. If your item requires an additional fee for White Glove, Threshold, or oversized delivery, our Purchasing Team will send a QuickBooks invoice to your email after your purchase. Once the FreshBooks invoice is paid the Purchasing Team will complete your order.
Please note that most vendors offer consolidated shipping where consolidate your white-glove items to be delivered all at once as soon as all of the items are in stock and ready to be delivered. If you prefer to receive items as soon as they are ready, please let us know at purchasingsupport@decorist. The consolidated shipping rate is less expensive and so we will always resort to that option for you unless otherwise requested.
The Purchasing Team does not order items before the white glove invoice is paid so it's best to pay the white glove fee as soon as possible to avoid items going out of stock.
